Banner Specifications for Advertisers

1. Banners cannot exceed the file size of 25KB (25000 bytes).
2. Banners must be in *.gif, *.jpg or *.png format.
3. Animated banners are welcome (*.gif format).
4. Do not include a border in any supplied banners. A 1 pixel border (black) will be added to the banner when it is posted on the WCTDTC website.
5. Submit files to: info@PictureThatServices.com.
